Who is Arthur Konstad?

A knock-about fellow who loves a chat – that’s how you might describe Arthur Konstad, Founder and Principal Researcher at Human Intel. In a verbose world, where spin-doctors and charlatans are slowly replacing the genuine, a digital environment more about show than substance, he is striving to bring back the real through human interaction and the vital role it plays in research.

Arthur’s superpower is an uncanny knack of simplifying the complex. It’s something he’s been doing for twenty odd years as researcher and strategist in a number of diverse business environments including Advertising, Marketing, Utilities, Construction, Sport and Government. But the sector that shaped him most was that of Criminal Intelligence. In fact, the name Human Intel is a tip of the metaphorical cap to a decade working with numerous Law Enforcement agencies.

His ability to connect to a diverse range of people and extract insight through a free flowing, laid back conversational style has influenced his love of qualitative research. With an appreciation of data and the vital role it plays if used in the right way, the ability to wax lyrical on super dorky statistical concepts, Austrian Economists, 1990s footballers, 1980s cricketers and strong opinions on what constitutes great a television series, he quite simply loves a yarn.
